Heart broken poem
People walk in and out of my life,
I have nothing to give, nothing to take.
Life was fun, life was joy until you walked in.
and taught me, what life really was.
Life seemed a bed of roses when you were around,
Moreover, i could never slip on any ground.
I miss those dreams i had for us,
Now it all seems to just walk right past.

If life had been a bed of roses,
I probably would have just cried.
If it had been a bed of razors,
I might as well have died.
Life as i see now is nothing more,
Than a bed of half blunt razors.
Those not tender as rose thorns,
Neither as sharp as as razors,
That would have slit my throat.
I am left with scars all over me,
Coz i mistook a bed of half blunt razors,
for a bed of rose.

Love was all i offered,
Nevertheless, you pushed it all aways.
Now i have nothing more to say.
since you've walked away.
All i asked for, was a second chance.
So that i could look into your eyes,
and see you looking back.
I've had no luck,
now i see none runing out.
I hate myself that i loved you.
I've had nothing against you,
neither do i blame you.
Coz i haven't yet found a reason to hate you.

I have imagined myself lonely,
but never guessed it'd come true.
Well, now i'm prepared for anything,
coz i was once loved by you.
I thought it was a mistake to fall in love with you.
But never had i known that i would rise above,
With strength and hope that's new.
