The Water

Falling from the sky I await your cold embrace
falling from the stars I'm waiting for your drowning taste

Under the waves I can feel myself crash
trying to come back up to the surface
anything to catch back my breath

Silence now nothing but blues and blacks
glancing up at the sky I can see the tiny stars looking back

I wonder how long I'll fall and drift
Maybe this ever lasting falling will be It

Maybe in a way I feel it's alright
to be lost forever in this starlit Abyss
forever falling
forever lost through the night
never knowing if my actions where right
