This poem has a deep meaning, can u guess what?
ANGEL

I gazed through starlight blinded eyes,

And felt great sorrow, when she died,

Heart black as night, no love within,

A love once lost, decreed forever dead,

The dark that keeps the pail moonlight,

I roared a screech of rage and pain,

To retrieve my senses once again.

My sense of smell, came to me first,

The stench of trees, and decayed earth,

The golden rays, natures delight,

Sweet nectar, perhaps end this strife,

Then thunderous voices fill the air,

A static filled chorous, that stiffens the hair,

To desire modest things now, the touch of a cheek,

Or the promise of a kiss, so pure and so sweet,

So wildly, savagely, spinning beneath,

My heart once filled with “ lovers leap”,

O wandering spirit, least leave me alone,

And stay always with me, to guide my flight home,

Choices made now, by and by,

Distend my heart, to taste the sky,

Carry me now, on loves splendid wings,

Whisper softly angel, and tell me all things.
