I never thought is was possible to love a child as much as I love my own children, but then, you came along. My beautyFull Princess, Alayna. You stole my heart from the first minute I laid eyes on you, gasped as you inhaled your first breath and I held you in my arms. The last 3 years with you have been breathlessly beautiful as I find myself inhaling you as much as possible. I never thought my heart would leap and catch in my throat from just looking at you.

You put a whole lotta happy in my heart and a skip in my step. Today I'm feeling grateful. For her. And treasured moments tucked here and there. New discoveries and squeals of delight. Learning new things and enjoying the simpleness of little things with her. Loving. Singing. Dancing. Shining. And. Dreaming. If you look hard enough you will always find happy ♥

This child, I adore her with all I have. Every single day, I breathe her in. I wrap her up in my hope. I find her burrowed a little deeper into my heart when I thought it possible there was no room left.
