A poem displaying how we get pushed around by the hands of the world.
In the hands of the world,
I stand and fall,
In the hands of the world,
I see low and tall,
In the hands of the world,
I break free and struggle,
In the hands of the world,
I walk throught this muddle,

These hands of the world,
That move by chance,
And also will,
At times they seem warm,
But others just schrill,

They can give sucess,
But then burn out our fuse,
We feel in charge,
But then plain used,

Acting as a puppet,
Those hands toss and turn us,
We move by the strings of fate and who knows what,

At times we want to shout,
"Enough Already"
But what would that do,
To those hands so steady,

But hold on a minute,
Why must the world be the senate,
Aren't I in charge,
Shouldn't I live my life,

It's time I cut down these boundaries,
Cut off my strings,
Walk out of this muddle,

I'll use the hands of my life,
Not the hands of trouble,

It's time I said...
"In the hands of my life,
I'll do as I will and plan,
In the hands of my life,
I'll get up and be a man"
