21st century leaders solve America's problems at great profit to themselves.
Our twenty first century political leaders will announce a plan for FULL EMPLOYMENT.
It is widely accepted that the American Economy will be in trouble until we can solve the employment problem. As of today, corporations are sitting on millions of dollars of earnings but they can't hire more people because people aren't buying their products. No investor's going to build a shopping center or buy one currently for sale because people aren't buying stuff.
This is why FEAPA the Full Employment for American Productivity Act was created.
Benefits of this act are limited to people in America. Everyone in the U.S.A. will be listed by the Counsel of American Productivity and Employment (formerly known as the Social Security Administration). The CAPE will take this list, called List-one and separate from that list American citizens who's net-worth is greater than two million dollars; this will be called List-two. Anyone on List-two who donates one million dollars or more to the GOP during the 2012 tax year shall be elevated to List-three.
Persons on List-three shall hereafter be called 'Republicans'. Persons who are unable or unwilling to donate one million to the GOP and remain on List-two shall be referred to as 'Democrats'; while the remaining 85 per cent of the population shall be 'Employees'.
Republicans will remain the most respected of Americans because of their role as "job creators".
Democrats will remain in their role as "Captains of Industry" because of their ability to manage corporations and supervise staff.
Employees will keep their role as workers.
Each Republican will be required to create jobs by depositing money in the CAPE accounts of Employees (the per employee rate to be determined) who will thereafter work for their job-creator (or JC). Employees are expected to work; Captains-of-Industry (or CIs) are expected to organize and supervise their work.
America's problems are now totally solved:
America has full employment. American companies are now highly competitive; the economy and thus AMERICA ITSELF has been saved.
All Employees now have jobs [they work 365 and one forth days a year]. All CI's are employed as managers and overseers.
Because Employees are not to do anything but work- they will not need to be paid because the JCs are so kind. Employees will not need to own homes as the benevolent JCs provide them with mass dormitory housing. Employees that do adequate amounts of work will be fed by the benevolent JCs while those who failed to perform adequate amounts of work would be whipped and beaten by harsh Democrats. Those who consistently fail will be sold down-the-river to the Chinese.
Employees will never vote as their opinions would not be worthwhile. JCs will vote and CI's will be allowed to vote (but in most states their votes will not be counted). Thus our election troubles will be solved too.
Employees would not need to be educated beyond what it takes to do work, so the expense of our public education system would end. Republicans might still want their children to be educated- probably by Democrats, but literacy would be discouraged in other parts of the population.

Do not confuse Full Employment with Slavery!
Slavery ended in the 19th century.
Employees come in all races while slavery was race specific.
One becomes a job-creator by having money. The color of your skin is unimportant.
While there was a group called: "Republicans" during the 19th century, that group largely opposed everything the modern GOP supports. The people called Republicans back then opposed slavery.
