From A Dying Man
This world may offer, many joys and beautiful sights.
Soft gentle breezes, and warm summer nights.

I have to set out, to begin my life's journey.
My family made me happy, yet inside I am yearning.

I heard my Lord calling, My name loud and clear.
Why lord must I go, and leave all I hold dear?

My mother, my brother. My sisters, my daughters?
How can I be certain, it's really you that is calling?

My time on Earth was troubled, this much is true.
And with the tough times, I prayed hard to you.

My daughters I will miss, never walk them down the aisle.
Or see their pretty faces, or their bright lovely smiles.

Don't cry for me, my girls, For all my pain is gone.
I walk on clouds daily and hear the angel's glorious songs.

Inside I was kind hearted, and tough on the surface.
When I saw my babies born, I knew my life had a purpose.

I will miss you all so and will keep you close to my heart.
I'm up here with God, my Lord, he's given me a new start.

Your sadness is not needed, so be happy and smile.
Because your dad feels brand new, with the youth of a child.

Just look up and know, all that he promises is true,
The only thing that I wait for in Heaven, is one day, all of you.

I am with you all always, in your heart my memory grows.
Our time here is not certain, there is only one man who knows.

So...Family and Friends, My loved ones, I will miss....
Giving my mom and my daughters, a sweet, good-bye kiss.
