Chapter 1 is the 1st part to my text series Its my school.
Wow. When you look back on an awesome life when you were just a little young one, you really are stunned. Wow. That's what it's like for me. But, out of all the time in school, to be exact grades, my favorite was my time in seventh. That was ten years ago, but I love to think of all the amazing adventures, experiences, and friends I had. Endless times of fun. So, today I think you might be interested in a little story about my time in a whole new place to me. My school, town, friends, adventures. You sit and listen and well, you'll know about it all. So sit back and enjoy.

"Donnie! It's time, wake up!" Donnie's mom's voice rang from the bottom floor of the new house. Donnie rose a little, and rubbed his head. His spiky blond hair was out of place from him tossing and turning in his restless sleep. He had endless dreams of going to his new school. Yep, there was a lot of different ones. Like, there was one where he walked in and the principle ate him. There was one when he stood up to a bully and the bully grew triple sized and punched him six-feet under the ground. And these nightmares went to such simple things as him just letting one loose while doing jumping jacks in a gym class. He slid his still sat body over to the side of his bed. All he had been wearing was a white tank-top and his sleeping pajamas. He hated going to new schools, although he never faced it; but now he was going to face a fear for the first time in his thirteen years of life. It was six in the morning so it was still pretty dark outside. Donnie rose, stumbled over towards the fan, and switched it off. He dragged his lazy body over towards his closet. Even though he didn't want too go, he still wanted to look nice to give the other people that good first impression. He took off the wrinkly tank-top and slid on a black shirt with a cyan line up the two sides. He placed a thin grey jacket on top of that. Then he took off his pajamas and placed a pair of dark blue, blue jeans with torn knees. He then slid on two fresh pairs of socks, then he topped it off with his special skateboarding shoes. He opened his door and lying right by the side of the trimming was his brand new back-pack. He picked it up, he wish he could. His dad had went out the night before and filled it with so much supplies; a last minute kinda guy. "Christ!" he grunted as he finally lifted it over his shoulder. Donnie then walked down the hall then downstairs. His new house was one big cube, so the up stairs hallway went directly straight then ended on the last two rooms, his, and the guest rooms. There was only two other rooms upstairs, one was a little office for Donnie, a room he had begged his parents for so he could write his novel in peace. Yes sir, Donnie liked writing, but he barely ever touched the type writer in there on the desk placed by the window. In fact, Donnie began to think if he ever went into that office. He made his way into the bathroom. He somehow managed to get his "spikes" too shoot up in the right place again. He took cherish in them, when they were just bangs that stood half an inch tall. By now, it was reaching close to seven and the dark sky was becoming more blueish. Donnie took a sip out of the milk carton and dashed off into the car where his dad was waiting to drive him three minutes to school. He hadn't understood why his dad wouldn't let him just go on his bike. But then again, Donnie was really good with getting out of school. He would've needed to gain his parents trust once again before he could ride a brand new road master/mountain bike to a new school their family didn't know much about. "You ready?" his father asked. Donnie sighed. "As ready as I'll ever be." Then, the car began to move. Within no time there were at the school. It was the middle school, the high school in this town was only two miles down the road from here and the elementary school was five miles away. The school was more less like a high school. Like Donnie's house, it was one big cube, only a bigger one! There must've been four stories to it. Donnie and his father walked in the building, then into the office. "Hey, this is the new one," his dad told the women at the front desk. This is the new one? That's how his own father talked about him. "Alright, well you two need to see the counselor. Go down that hall, turn left then automatically turn right," she directed. They both nodded and went the right way.
Donnie couldn't help but chuckle a little when he saw the counselor. A thin man with a bird nose, no hair, and a little black, upper-lip mustache. And, he was wearing close that were way to big for him, and on top of it all: his shirt was pink! "Sit down please," the counselor happily welcomed. "Now, this ain't a usual middle school son," the counselor started, "here, you can choose your classes!" That seemed a bit cool to Donnie, but not exactly. He was still having trouble with this whole, new school thing. Donnie chose history and science class, then gym, now he had a few more to pick. "So, what do you like to do, Donnie?" the counselor asked. "Well, I'm pretty good at playing guitar, and I love to write-" the counselor was writing on paper as he spoke. "Aw, interesting," the counselor said. "And, I guess I could use some help in math," Donnie admitted. He wasn't that bad at math, but he wasn't the greatest either. The counselor handed him the little piece of paper he had been writing on. It said: English Class/Math Class/Music Class "Now, before we continue, do you have any sports or something you do?" the funny looking counselor asked. "Well, I like to skateboard." The face on the counselor went grim with disbelief. Had he said something wrong? Donnie slowly turned around and saw what might be the principle staring right at him with scornful eyes. He walked over and went face to face with Donnie. "So, you like skateboarding?" he asked. "Yeah, its awesome!"
"No it's not!" the principle shouted. Donnie flinched back some. What was so wrong with these two and skateboarding? The nightmares Donnie had had came back to mind, and now he was having much more then second thoughts about this place.
