About a bad morning that may take a turn for the worse.....
Charlie was having a bad day; she thought it couldn’t get any worse. She was wrong. It all started this morning. She had forgotten the window cleaners were due and decided to have a lay-in.  Orange County, being such a hot place to live, she always slept in her underwear. The windows slightly open and the curtains remain slightly ajar to allow for the hopeful breeze to pass throughout the night. But to wake up and find a forty-something year old Mexican, greasy haired baboon staring at her through the window was not the best way in which she likes to wake. Rushing up, with her blanket wrapped round her petit body to shut out the view, the Mexican window cleaner was having. Charlie ran to the shower in her au-suite bathroom, placed her favourite purple towel over her heated rail and went to step in it.

"Awwww, bbbbrrrrrrr" she said to herself as she stepped into what she thought was going to be a nice hot shower but was the complete opposite. It was too late now though to turn back and step out as her hair was already slightly wet. She took a deep breath, stepped right under the full flow of the water and started to wash her body over. She rinsed the bubbles through and out of her hair as quickly as she could. Once soap free she went to step out.  But as she stepped out she slipped, tried to catch her balance on the heated towel rail but it broke as well as burning her hand. So now with a huge purple bruise already forming on her leg, a burn on the palm of her left hand and a broken towel rail to replace, she knew it was going to be a long day.

Finally dressed and ready to go downstairs, she needed to pay the perving window cleaner. She placed some white bread in the toaster and put the kettle on to boil.  Picked up her bag, that was slung on the sofa from the night before. She made a quick look in the mirror before unlocking her front door.  The two window cleaners where on her front porch. The older of the two men looked embarrassed and turned red when he saw her open the door. He turned away and started to walk towards the black pick-up truck parked on the driveway. The younger of the two,  Marvin was Charlie’s usual window cleaner so she questioned him on who his helper was.

"That’s just my uncle Ren, he helps me sometimes". Marvin replied back.

"Well next time he comes to help you, make sure he actually cleans the windows not just  looks through them to watch me sleep" Charlie paused for a moment to read his facial expressions 'But thanks'  she finished as she looked round to admire the cleanness of her windows.  She handed Marvin the $25 and returned inside her home. The toast was now burnt, the smoke alarm was going off and she dropped the cup as she collected it out of the cupboard.  After the smoke alarm went quiet and the cup picked up, Charlie had no more energy to try and make any more breakfast, so she grabbed her car keys and left her house, locking the door behind her.

*Ps. i dont mean to descriminate ,Mexican men, i just thought if i mentioned the sex and race of the window cleaner then you would be able to picture the scene in better detail. i mean no offense
