Lost Love

I'm not really good with words so i don't know how to say it, but you defy all the rules Love created. When I first met you my heart truly sung, from the first day I seen you I knew you were the one. I never really knew what the word Love meant, until I felt the contact with the first kiss you sent. Perhaps I'm going insane because there are things I can't describe. I cant explain how I feel whenever I'm by your side.  It's a feeling of knowing that we could be meant to be, but sometimes I question is this something my heart wants to see. I didn't know if you are an illusion my heart had created, from all the lonely days of being isolated. I'm not sure how you stole my heart, but i have a confession, I loved you from the start. It was hard to admit because love plays people for fools, if it works it's bliss and if it don't it's cruel.  But just when I thought Love gave up on me you came along, and  we convinced each other that Loving others wasn't wrong.  That being insecure about others only meant that you cared,  that all we really ever wanted was someone to be there. Baby I feel like we're so meant to be, the only way they could separate us is if death came to me.
