Truth has died, a defenseless baby.
No way to say, not even a maybe.
No words of mine been heard alone.
O’Cruel Stealer, of Soul and Bone.

Now to live with choices made.
Done to protect but never shade.
No light is given me to help reveal.
Cruel Tempter comes only to steal.

The hope is gone. The dream is dead.
No words can help if ever read.
No Light can shine in such a past.
Nothing can heal, what would last?

None can share what is lost.
Dirty deeds will always cost.
Troubled past hides the Light.
And no one  wins that fight..

So peace and Love
A bird and dove
A hurt and smile
Footstep and mile

A day forgiven not forgotten
A sunset earned begotten
A big man smaller
A small man taller

Then Jen, a gem, a thing that heals
A great white light that seals
A thing unknown, a wonder
She passed through me like thunder

Was unknown and unexpected
The gem reached out perplexed
Changed the life and my course
Somehow altering it's very source

Buddha babies or yesterday's child
Doesn't matter, Jem's tomorrow smile
A future rests upon her on this Earth
Many I believe, will embrace her worth.

Jems and jewels are not for safe keeping
Not just for safe moments and peeking
These gems are for the world's night skies
When sunlight fades and the world lies

These gems shine the most
When darkest for their host
Suddenly A gem, a Jem, Jen, enters their world
As a cleverly disguised brown eyed smiling girl

Now the rest is up to them....
