First attempt at a Mirrored Acrostic Poem.

Daggers thrown and blood shed
Our life together is over, you’ve got to go
Nothing but lies, I’ll believe you never again
Time spent with no benefit

Longing for silence, quiet and peaceful
Every moment trying my patience
Totally over you I will weep not

Tote yourself to the door and walk out
Had to have seen this coming, this is no ambush
Evil looks will not help your case

Don’t even think I’ve forgotten what you said
Once love now pain, and oh how it hurts so
Opening your heart has become such a to-do
Retrieving my heart… it’s over

Hating you, a sad thing; but I’ve had enough
Insufferable,I would love to stir fry you in teriyaki
Toast you or boil you in a pot

Yet instead I’ve decided to just throw you away
One, two, three …out you go
Unless you apologize….but I’m not sure I can forgive you

Obdurate I’ve become because of the things you do
Not once have you asked to be forgiven

That’s okay, I’m alright in fact
Happy now this is over, it’s been tough
Eliminate yourself please and just leave

Watery eyes of mine you think you saw
Atrophied right down to the aorta
You’ve destroyed me, why?

Only today have I realized what I have to do
Undeniably, I allowed myself to be hurt by you
Torn asunder to never again be healed, my heart
