Darkness Taking Over

the lights go dim...
the world goes mute...
tears fill the silence as the darkness fills the night..
my world is crumbling as the pain only grows....
my soul gets weaker as the nights gets longer...
the sun stops shining and all the stars disappear...
for the nights become day and days becomes night...
my thoughts are losing control ...
for this inner battle is taking charge...
the screams get louder
for the darkness is winning this fight...
my body is under siege by the darkness engulfing my life
