A Star wars epic (part 2)

The garden was changed when she had walked through it. Her decision of trapping him for the good of the universe became a struggle to remain there with him for as long as they could both live. There was no way she was going to kill. She didn't carry that in her soul and lacked in her body the ability but not the strength. He was easing up too her knowing very well that she had no idea what he was planning. Which at the moment was ways to approach her at all. Her mind had already been made up. Placing the materials to the side by a wall she walked back inside to see him in the distance talking to himself. She needed to figure out how toolive with him when he refused to leave her home. In mid-speech his hand rose clutching in mid-air. He looked surprised to see her standing behind the fist quietly watching. He quickly composed himself, bowing, without a single movement of his body. She glared making her way to the kitchen. Grabbing a glass he watched as she poured herself a drink and settled with it at the table sighing. He remained standing by. "Where are you from?" He asked as smoothly as he possibly could. Her eyes flicked the question aside and kept drinking. "Your name?" He asked finally. She thought for a moment. "Eliza." She said bitterly to the sound of her saying her name. She had not intended on telling him that, but the thought of living forever with him it would be easier to just answer a few simple ones. What could the harm be? Eliza... he whispered to himself and walked away. She cleaned up and walked to her bedroom. He was standing in the hall, unable to make any clear decision it seemed. I will figure out...is all he said as he slipped into his bedroom. That night her dreams were filled with chaos then suddenly mingled like falling rain into a solid picture. They were walking together and talking about so many wondrous things and she found herself enjoying what they were doing. She awoke gasping in sweat. ugh! she said preparing the shower. She could hear him near the kitchen then clear on the other side of the house then back again. She left the thought of taking a shower and walked straight out to see what he was doing. She was not prepared to see him laboring over a elaborate display of breakfast. Her jaw dropped. As the funniest expression poured over her face she turned back to her room, fleeing the scene. Crying out he stops her. She could 'hear' him smiling. Oh god. She said too herself and found herself turning with one eye tightly shut with her arms clutching tightly to her night clothes. Inviting, he stood by a chair pulled out for her. She sighed and took her seat. pulling the chair in under her he rushes back to his seat which to her joy he had left on the farthest end from her. She looks warmly at the beautiful display that he had began to show her that it was okay to touch. Everything made with the greatest detail and care. He had found many vases around the house and instead of cutting the garden flowers do to recent events and also not knowing which to cut he placed them in the dirt within the vases. Some were to beautiful for words. Placed directly in front of her was a dish that he had inscribed her name on in the loveliest way. It was almost to much for her. She ate rather quickly then excused herself, finding his eagerness to live with her a slight ease in her mind. She thought of his odd actions while showering. Shutting off the shower system she takes it placing it on it's shelf. Allowing one of the hover devices around her to instantly place an outfit over her skin. "Gotta make this quick." She said. Taking a hovering crystal she places it close to her face speaking into it. She describes her recent 'guest' and situation in briefness as quietly as she could. Although all her energy was focused on the planet She needed to send the message to some one she could trust. Her whole life she had lived with the Jedi master and had glimpsed the people of the universe through her eyes. The only beings she knew come from the master's experiences. She found the will to open a very small portal. Just as she had been taught. Before slipping it through the door began to creak. Had he sensed something? It closed as quickly as it opened cutting the crystal in half. It fell away neatly on the floor rolling towards the door. She could see his shadow on the ground. He knocked. Gasping she picked up the crystal and placed it on a shelf. In her hurry she trips but recovers opening the door. He inquired about a robot that had just entered the house and refused to speak with him about it or leave when asked. "Oh." She said. "A scout. The planet is covered in those little robots." He was interested in its organic matter. She walked over to the robot, her heart nearly back to a rhythmic state. It walked on all fours like a creature. It's exoskeleton was mostly a dark green that was hard but stretched like tight skin. She shut it down to open it revealing its guts. It 'ate' mostly organic matter such as roots or mud. It's design was simple and practical. He rather liked it but was not as deeply interested as she opened it. Walking over to her security system she played with more lights as he ventured into the robot. She shut down all the remaining scouts to prevent them from returning back to her. The system then went on to describe to her how he had been attempting communication. This she ignored. It was to be expected yet nothing any of them could do about it. She stood her post in front the system as he continued his project. He placed each object so carefully then part in the same manner. The lights on the robots eyes flashed from red too a bright green. After crushing a few elements into smaller sizes he refitted it's design then closed it. The robot murred in reply. He pointed to the vases that had been left upon the table. It murred once more louder and leapt upon the table. Taking the vase it happily ran away with it for replanting. His face became triumphant as he left through the rooms then reappeared. "So it is possible to teach old robots new tricks?" She said dryly. He watched her standing just out of her vision. The thought of the former Jedi master came rushing to him in that moment. "It is possible for change." He said to himself. He walked forward to her, "Was she your mother?" He asked. Her eyes faded away from what she was doing, unmoving from it's position. The stone cold stare spoke of a single raging emotion yet nothing was present of it on her face. "I want you to leave." She said transfixed on her memories. "leave me." She said again staring back at him. Focusing on his most current thoughts as best as his abilities allowed him he lunged at her quickly grabbing her hand. She forceably understood his deepest thoughts and pulled back before she lost control of the planet. "Never do that again!" She said. "But you understand me." He said. "Yes. I have since we first met." She said nearly in tears. "Leave me alone." She left him for the garden once more. He stops her by the door. His movement keener, swifter. "I can't see you." He said. "You can see me." She pressed forward but he would not stop his attempt for answers. She reached forward only touching his chest in the slightest unnoticeable way. He blinked. She had vanished from him. He thought for a moment then walked to her room. Knocking on the door he could hear sobbing. "I will leave, if you tell me who you are." He said. He recoiled when she did not reply. He sat in a sitting room thinking for what seemed like a day. She appeared quietly. His mouth opened for reply but he withheld any sounds. The lights dimmed around them. Soon the both of them faded into a blackness. He stood surprised. Slowly the beginning of the universe played out once more for him around them both. In the center between them a planet formed. For the first time he heard her true voice. It swirled with life as eons past by them. A similar red planet circles up to the planet. They hover in space together. If it was possible for a planet to fall in love, as if the planet had become a being itself and first love had been born between the two this can only be described in this singular moment in time. Both planets began to dance around them. They swung away in their own unique orbit then back. The process continued like how atoms behave. The center being Eliza. Looking up at her he realized at that moment what she was. Before the end of the dance a brilliant flash waved across the universe of her birth and creation. Falling upon a being-less planet that was full of life much like a planet called earth, the story ended. Everything slowly faded away back into the room. The last twinkle of old star light fading. Speechlessly he stood before her. "Now you have seen me." She said. The End of Part 2. Continues to Part 3. |
