I will say this again: WARNING: May contain character death, creepy themes, and extremely sad situations, not for people who cry in bambi. Also I don't own slender man game, just saying. He revelled in the coolness of the dark gloomy night in the surrounding woods. However the coolness of the night is not what distracted him most; it was his prey that did. Small, sweet and innocence is what he preyed on. He stiffened anxiously, despite doing this a thousand times, his reflexes increasing ten-fold. His primeval thoughts swirled psychopathically, his lanky figure poised for his prey’s capture. His prey was an 11 year old girl, who he had been spying on for weeks, and knew by routine walked into this forest. She walked happily down the beaten dirt track, the stillness of the night not perturbing her. Who let’s an 11-year-old girl walk down at night? He thought dimly, his eyes darting around, taking in the surroundings, waiting to see that one figure he knew would show up. Suddenly it appeared, a spectral image of a tall, emaciated man, wearing a tuxedo and a red tie. His skin was paler than the clouds overhead, his face holding as much detail as a blank canvas. Raising his handgun, he swiftly fired 9mm Parabellum, scoring a stingy hit in the abdomen. The wraith-like figure screamed like a banshee, the sound waves echoing through the trees. The child spun around in fear, the whites of her eyes reflecting the figure’s skin colour. The girl stood there, transfixed on the figure, a spell of hypnotism overtaking her. The slender man, by now desperate, ran at him, his athleticism showing in his speed. Squeezing the trigger he fired 3 bullets into the figure, notching a direct hit in the head all three times. The wraith instantly fell to the ground motionlessly. The man collapsed relieved that his branding was over; no longer would this FBI agent be accused of something he didn’t do. No longer would he have to stalk the future victims, knowing full-well they will die. Having to skulk in the darkness and hide in plain sight. Know he can prove he was innocent, he is OFF THE HOOK! Turning around to face the child, who slowly limped over to the agent, a fatigued look in her eyes, he beckoned her to come closer. “Where am I?” the child asked weakly. “Your safe now”, he assured her. The child smiled, ignorant relief dancing on her features. He suddenly felt corruption course through his soul, infecting his being, and sickening his personality. He grabbed the child and said, “I AM A CURSE!” a deep ancient voice, not belonging to his own boomed, “THE SLENDER LIVES! AND I SHALL TAKE REVENGE ON THOSE WHO TOOK HER FROM ME!” With that they disappeared. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Hunger ate at him. Nothing consoled him, but nor could he stop. When he lay down on his grubby thread-bearer bed, all he could see was memories that was not his own, the desire to avenge them still there. He ran through the Iraq Township searching for his wife. Guns blazed over head as the army fought against the rebelling forces, but to him that didn’t matter, he needed to find her. Civilians ran around in panic, finding their loved ones, dead or alive, the constant booming of the battle stirring life through the usually peaceful town. Rounding the corner he found her, she smiled gratefully and started to run over to him. Suddenly a child soldier appeared behind her. He cried out in horror, as the child soldier shot her, and disappeared quick as he came. He convulsed episodically at the memory that plagued him, tears streaming down his cheeks, and screamed out as the hunger ate at him again. The curse… why… he thought, despite his mind being destroyed weeks earlier at the death of the last slender. Suddenly a tangible thought reached his mind, and he grabbed his gun, his only memento of his past life, and looked at it; fascinated by its cold black barrel. Save me… I’m… s-s-soorry he thought, guilt finally flowing through his system, and he put the gun to his head and saved himself from an eternity of pain. |
