What do users think of the Protek Jr+?

They have saved us time by their ability to dispatch alarms in real time as events happen as opposed to getting a complaint then driving to the remote location to troubleshoot. We can diagnose most issues and prepare for the job by knowing in advance which parts to take and what to expect.

The relay outputs have saved us time on many occasions by allowing us to switch to a secondary transmitter in the middle of the night, thus saving us time and money. We also use relays to remotely switch audio and RF power monitoring.

The keyline activity monitoring function is one of the critical features that we like. We use it to monitor either the transmitter keyline or to monitor a pager output. The pager monitor is a complete check of the system all the way to the pager. With a periodic page sent at a regular interval, the keyline activity check will alert us if a page is not received within a specified time.

Our customers depend on pagers for critical messaging. Many of our customers have asked for proactive system monitoring because of the importance of having minimal downtime. The Pagetek devices are the best way to accomplish this. They definitely have saved our company time and money.
