' Stolen Writings '

I've written poetry a lot I must say,
Most are about what life has thrown my way;

My goal is to publish a poetry book,
Now it seems all my poems they took;

I'm going to start over, I'm not going to quit,
I will write more poems to show my wit;

This poem is just the start,
of many writings that stem from my heart;

It is emotions that drive me to write,
or things I went through or demons to fight;

Whoever stole them, they do not know,
to me, they have struck with a mighty blow;

I will publish my poetry book,
I won't let it stop me, all that they took;

I will begin my book with this very poem,
and see with each writing where I shall roam;

Maybe they'll be different than before,
Maybe this time I'll write even more;

However it be, and with this being said,
I will start my writings with thoughts from my head;

This is the first poem that I wrote,
They'll be many more, and of that, take note................
