A short poem about what Love Is. |
-Love Is- by Keaton Foster Love is… Love is what I desire, so pure and refined Love is what I inspire, except it is not known Love is what I need so desperately clear Love is a joy that will break all my fears Love is a feeling of need to fill the void I possess Love is a feeling of time-honored excess Love is a desire, an emotion of sex Love is a passion for which there is no regret Love is a view of the soul and its glory Love is a power of ultimate control Love is a place that offers great joy Love is a transition from darkness to light Love is a possession of the ultimate price Love is a risk of the utmost of wagers Love is a violent expression of dangers Love is a victim of its on greed Love is a victim of its own need Love is a stain on the soul of a man Love is a power from which there is no escape Love is a vortex of passion and sin Love is as actual as time and space Love is a most wonderful place Love is revenge for a life given in haste Love is ploy in search of sexual joy Love is a seed that grows in the dark Love is a desire of flesh and bone Love is an anger that appears so meek Love is what we want for ourselves and for others Love is what sets our hearts of fire Love is a lesson in life’s true existence Love is the power to forgive all we know Love is the ultimate form of control Love is what defines us as human beings Love is what makes immortal beyond existence Love is what makes vulnerable to pain Love is what makes us accountable for all Love is what makes us acceptable to one Love is what I desire so clear and precise Love is what has forsaken me and I wish I knew why Love is what has escaped me on several tries… Love Is Written by Keaton Foster Copyright © 2012. |
