I wake up early. It is 5:00 A.M., and I am feeling good. I find a beautiful skirt suit. I lay it on my bed to put on after my shower.

As I pass the mirror, I catch my reflection. “Oh My GOD!” I star into the medicine cabinet mirror. “Who am I?” I run my hands over my head, and realize that my head has no trauma. I throw on my robe. I run to the living room.

The desk is covered with paper. There were research printouts of many things. There were sheets on zombies, dragons, and monsters. More pages of real creatures. There were pictures of me at the local amusement park. NOTHING with my name on it. “Who am I?” I kept repeating.

I catch a glimpse of what I believe to be my purse. I poured the contents on to my bed. I open the wallet. There I read my license. I read the name: “Ida Matilda Wright.” My address is correct. I know this. I woke up knowing this. “Why isn't my name right?”

I collapse in a chair. I have now realized that I am not at my home. I am at a ritzy hotel. I glare at the card that I am holding in my hand. I  feel fine, but I am getting scared. I begin to cry when the door opens up.

There was my friend George Lancer. “What's wrong, Baby?” he asks as he runs over to care for me.

Then I realize that George and I had run off and got married. I had too much celebrating, and my name was now Ida Matilda Lancer. I smile at my new husband and simply answer, “I am so happy.”

He picks me up. He carries me to the bed. As he lays me on the covers, we continue our honey moon.
