Violate the living and the dead

Dance on dead flowers
On empty nests
On bloodied waters
Over raging fires
In the vortex of violence

It will never end
Till the desert storm
Blows through the burning forests
And dies exhausted
On the burning embers

Who stand among the destroyed
On the cries and anguish of violated souls
On the path of hubris
On the religions of the blind

Can only hope, hope against hope
For one green stem, one new bud,
One drop of crystal water
One glimpse of vanished reason

In the scorched desert of destruction
The insanity of the unending night
The vicious void of the great darkness
