the scene is dead
the music scene is dead
there is no more music
nothing is there inspiring young poeple
it's dead
it's lost in the shuffle
held down by corporate powers
not alowed to go above their shelf
held down by a giant hand.

The charts need a lift
pushed up with an inspired artist
push all the big faces out of the way
inject some desire into poeples lives
and take back the top spot
an inspirational position should not be held by liars
it should be held by the real.

Take back what belongs to the real
a kick in the arse is what it needs
they have killed the scene
there is no scene anymore
it's dead
and it's going to be dead for a very long time
no more music scene
no more honest aritists
just corporate faces
with big corporate wallets.
