I wasn't the perfect daughter

Nor was I a role model.

I've always thought I was a catastrophe

Yet, you always give me an opportunity

to prove my worth to everybody.



You were never lesser than a mother.

You are always perfect for me.

No matter how others mock you

Listening to them, I won't bother

'Cause you are my best mother.



Sorry for the wrongs I've done.

I know you've always wanted this day to come.

But I never had the strength to say,

yet, I tried through actions to pay

All the demerits I've done throughout the day.



Eternal thanks for the endless patience,

For your love that will always stay ageless.

Million thanks for the billion times that you were there,

You were always there for us to nurture and care.

You are my one and only mother, forever rare.
