My first try at a Pantoum poetry form. It's a poem about time.

Where has the time gone?
There are many more things to be done.
Were periods of time squandered away?
We took time for granted.

There are many more things to be done.
Were moments of time borrowed or wasted?
We took time for granted,
stretches of time we can never get back.

Were periods of time squandered away?
Stretches of time we can never get back?
Where has the time gone?

definition of a pantoum: a rare form of poetry similar to a villanelle. It is composed of a series of quatrains; the second and fourth lines of each stanza are repeated as the first and third lines of the next. This pattern continues, until the final stanza, where the first line of the poem is the last line of the final stanza, and the third line of the first stanza, is the second of the final.
