Attempted the feat earlier at the age of 27, severally after as juvenile, beating back by marine elements who refused credence to an ambition, the dreaded jelly fish, of all giants of water, fragile creatures of immense power by no small or little mean in active deterrence, back off Diana, they seem to warn in equal measure, carried their treat far enough to put her in medical holiday, heavily sedated. These creatures that could be exterminated by a stroke of wave of Diana’s wand, but, held sway in their territory. So much for territorial strength

During one of her various attempts, she had warned of her unrelenting spirit, with promise to triumph, which she later delivered at the cross line as she breasted the tape

103 miles in 53hrs, journey meant for 80hrs, another feat beating the estimated time, across shark infested water, without shark cage, bare nakedness to all vulnerabilities in very hostile terrain, at age 64, over 30yrs of trials.

Summed up in other words. When you have time against mind, with the triumph of mind measured by mission accomplished, time becomes immaterial when success is achieved in the entire episode; it becomes a phenomenon for life and worthy ambition for emulation
