The Art of Change

I am training my body and my mind.
At the end of the day- A new me I find.

Sore muscles but many pleasant thoughts.
Realizing my potential is- to me- being taught.

I thought I was confident before, but now I know-
It was not for real...Just a front, a show.

Deep in my heart I can now see...
The ever-changing and developing me.

I like change a lot.  In fact, I love it!
I cannot imagine a life above it!

Change my life for the better- "Sharpen my ax"!
I love the new me and I will never go back!
