Middle of the night

sleepless in fight

with the shadows like a dart piercing through my heart

memories of deception stuck in a depression

memories of betrayal behind another veil

sleep has a way to evade me since life nor joy

embrace me emotions  low

the tears they flow i can no longer fight them

trapped in a memory my life my joy an illusion

burning coil of confusion

just another day stuck inside dismay

a real smile for awhile

i miss it love goes 2 ways

though you couldn't go more  2 days with out me me me me

no true love is one sided

no facade or trick can hide it

i was foolish to play your game

then you left satisfied with me insane

my heart has shattered me left tattered

you nor the next care and why?

love was there never there 

i worshiped the ground you walked

i did everything you talked

you lied to win my affection

i worked for your care

i now have a new conception

cause you were never there

actions speak louder then words yet actions you could not take
