“If hearts could shatter, mine just did.” ― Abbi Glines, Breathe
You say your perfect,

But how is it possible?

Not a human being in sight,

Has ever been so well crafted.

is it because of those voices in your head,

Or because of those people called parents?

Since when have you ever done something nice,

For anyone but yourself?

Since when have you ever told the truth,

Other then to your shadow?

Has it ever came to you,

That maybe being your true self,

Would just be better for the both of us?

Your mean,

Your cruel,

You play around with the rules.

I see no point,

In this silly little love game of yours.

Where is the loyalty,

And companionship.

You must clearly only use me,

For that pleasure you gain.

Pressure.

Pressure.

Pressuring.

It's your only talent,

Besides lying,

And screaming,

And insulting,

And hitting.

How is it so hard for you,

To just fully understand,

What you do isn't right.

It's wrong.

And awful.

And your kidding yourself,

If you expect me to stay by your side,

Throughout it all.

Keep the ring,

Keep my phone,

Keep my life.

But don't you dare touch my heart.

I won't let you break me,

I won't let you cheat me.

This silly little love game,

It's done.

It's over.

It's finished.

Because I simply refuse to be abused,

By someone of your kind.

Being perfect,

Isn't what it's all about.

Being kind.

Being honest.

Being real.

That's what the real thing is about.

My pleasure,

Is not gained from you.

My pleasure is gained by,

One thing,

And one thing only..

True love.

Selfish.

Snobby.

Scary.

I shouldn't describe my so called,

True Love,

As that.

Therefore telling you that you aren't the one for me,

And I am not yours.

Because I'm just not in,

This silly love game.
