On Wings of Eagles

Tho we cannot see the face of God, His presence is everywhere.
The wonders He created are mine and yours to share.
Only open your eyes and look around, you'll know that He is near.
The mighty mountains, emerald green valleys, sky blue lakes, and rocky streams,
On Wings of Eagles our Lord's creations could all be seen.

Have you looked upon the majestic mountains
when the brilliant colors of fall all abound?
Have you strolled softly down a wooded lane after a light misty rain?
The woodland creatures unaware, your footsteps softened by the dampened ground.
On Wings of Eagles could you see such wondrous things.

Have you sat quietly beside a babbling brook and thanked God for His creation.
Or happened upon a deer, elk or bear and quietly watched as they went on their way?
Have you looked upon the beauty of wildflowers that change from season to season?
Tho try as they may, artist's colors are never quite the same.
All of these He gave to us in the sea, on the land and in the sky.
Only On Wings of Eagles could we see as they went by,

Praise to our Lord whose omnipotence is beyond compare.
He's here with us always if we just pause to see him there.
His breath is on the wind, His eyes sparkle in the heavens at night.
His smile bright as each day dawning, as wings of the dove we're sheltered in his care.
He cleanses us with each new fallen rain and comforts with the warmth of sunlight.
His forgiveness as endless as waves rushing onto the shore,
His mercy He gives each day, fresh as the morning dew.
The rainbow in the sky, a sign his promises forever are true,
We have only to put our hope in Him our strength He will renew.
Then as On Wings Of Eagles we will soar and soar and soar!
