He explained to the female Jinchuuriki that the technique was similar to the Shadow Clone, that it would put the tailed beast in a human appearance (since Chomei never told Fu her real name, he assumed the beetle never told her she had a human form) and that it was made for Tailed Beast chakra only and it takes a tails worth of Tailed Beast chakra for it to work properly.

She was worried that the ANBU would come racing to his apartment if she attempted to use Chomei's chakra, only for Naruto to reassure her that he had placed a privacy and security seal in his apartment. So nothing would be getting out of the room they're in.
