Standing there forever high and mighty
Lasting presence yet easily ignored
Such power akin to Aphrodite
Trunk thick and rough - many memories stored
Whispers of ghosts hidden as leaves rustle
Roots bound by sacred strength and purity
Expertly surviving modern hustle
Unveiling wisdom and maturity
Gold gleaming leaves drop but not before time
Embodied strength never once wavering
Imagery of heritage so sublime
Flawless loyalty requires savouring
Glory masks branches of noble courage
Beauty used as a tool to encourage
