Ok! so guess what i have completed my first day of work outs ive burned a total of 144 calories and walked 7787 steps today and from my morning and night workout ive completed 1hour and 10min :).....today i drunk a orange juice 220 calories, chicken nuggets from mcdonalds :( 470 i drunk a peach tea 120 calories and i drunk a little bit of fanta 100 calories and a glass of water .... NO BREAD NO PORK YAHHHH!!!!! and now ive added no eating after 6:00pm so that will help me a lot. I've changed my 50 squats to 20 i kind of started out to big with that number without realizing the pain and soreness it was going to cause. But for the most part i feel great :) stay tune for tomorrow...
