Halloween Writer's Cramp
Forever More

Brilliant yellow.
Crimson red.
Rainbow colors above your head.

Hidden moon.
Silenced howl.
Lingering breath without a growl.

Ice crystals growing.
Lingering breath.
Welcoming now your imminent death.

Such haunting beauty
Your final room
Such dreadful thoughts knowing your doom.

Whistling wind
Screams at your door
Trapped deep underground forever more.

Promp: NEW PROMPT: A chill wind pushes wispy clouds across a gibbous moon, and shadows fly across the silvered land while lights flicker in the woods and mountains; it is Halloween night and it seems as if anything is possible. Write a story or poem that evokes the feelings of fall, cold, wind, and the unknown.
