An Angel Bestowed!

fear...
racked my body,
as i waited,
for the impact.

i'm stalled...
jack knifed,
in the middle,
of a busy,
crazy intersection.

out of the blue,
a young man,
raps on my window.

"can i push you,
out of the way miss?"
he says quietly.

i look...
in my rear,
view window.

he was pushing,
using every ounce,
of strength,
forcing my car,
out of harms way.

i look up again,
where did he go?
he was gone.

i wanted,
to thank him,
for his kind gesture.

was he an angel,
an angel bestowed.
