Best Friend

My best friend helps me every moment of all my days in everyway; my greatest teacher of all;

Encourages me to continue to learn; Learns to understand my deepest thoughts;
Helps keep my emotions at bay; never betrays;

Has the power to make me feel positive, even when I am at my lowest;

I want to thank you self, for being my best friend.

The question might be asked "Why be your own best friend"? Perhaps the answer might be as simple as loving thyself is the essence of love.
