By your side, I let you leave and I did cry, i cried for years, I still cry sometimes.
I cried so much I thought i would never stop crying.
A piece broke and left with you,
A piece, an empty piece left behind
and god knows i would have time rewind,
I would let the steps you took on the sand stay forever
imprinted, forever walking through that day.
Never having the sun set.
