They say the sky's our limit
But that just isn't true
The sky is not our limit
The sky's our point of view

Life isn't like a movie
It's not as easy as deal
So stop comparing your behind the scenes
To everyone else,s highlight reel

A ship is safe in harbor
But that's not what ships are for
And with every sea you try to cross

Fairy tales teach us not that dragons exist
But that dragons can be slain
But you can't expect to kill a dragon
Without a little pain

Rumors don't define who you are
Age doesn't define your maturity
Grades don't define your intellect
Size doesn't define your beauty

Normality is a comfortable road to walk
Though no flowers grow there
Pave your own road to walk down
For friends and memories to share

You Shouldn't wait for the storm to pass
Learn to dance in the rain
You may be on the right track
But sit still; you'll get hit by the train

For there is no bar to tell us to stop
There is no concrete wall
