Free Membership part 1

I had once been dreaming for earning US dollars from the "Points", 10000 points to 1 US dollar and paid the basic membership with it. It might be possible for those members who found the way to earn millions of points every week. Then, I could create a folder or an interactive story at my Portfolio.

It was not until "The Writing.Com Newsletter System" sent the email "For Authors: Time Capsule!!" announced the following message that woke me up again for free membership could not create a folder or an interactive story at my Portfolio, and not many members noticed that if the other member was a free or paid member and if they felt unfair or helpless in somewhere.
