Something I decided to write, and rewrite, and rewrite again until I didn't write again.
We see beauty in each eye,
But there's an ironic truth,
Eyes are a set of tricks.

What you see, what you believe,
One thing I can now see,
My eyes are the front row,
And I am the awesome show.

Testing patience is lighting a fuse,
Testing limits is exploring dark waters.
What eyes saw, see no more.
What shined there, shines no more.

What I see, what I believe,
Starting to believe that these eyes,
Are genetic gifts I never wanted...

Three strikes is all it took,
Partners can't be a baseball team.
This time it's the end game.

Let's have a final celebration
Rise up before the clouds dry.
Raise two glasses and sit down,
As we see the world die.

Jaunt your horse, ride my camel,
Swing your sword, waive my candle,
Run your shoes, walk my sandals.

Stay back, do not come closer.
Words cannot describe loss or gain.
I see, been blind all along.
Being blind, if I hold on.

So, a message for your eyes:
Drown in hope or inevitably see
A front row entertaining shit show.
