Slow Down

Sometimes life can get all in a tizzy,
And you feel like you're being spun till you're dizzy.

If you need to stop and have sit down,
Pull up a chair and I'll turn that frown around.

You might feel sad and a bit depressed,
But the way to remedy this is to simply just rest.
