On being misunderstood
Sitting alone in a crowded room
Mind screaming - let me go
I rush, but it's only in my mind

Still and silent is the crowded room
Pulse Racing - dont they understand
I cry, but it's only in my mind

Smiles emerge in a crowded room
Hope rising - understand me
I plea, but it's only in my mind

Silence falls in an empty room
Strangers aware - let it go
I panic, but it's only in my mind
