She was secretly glad this was going to happen and watching the screen made her feel secure that no silly scandal would put a discussion on the fact that Oland won. And wining he did, with 55.4 % of the votes the elections concluded that Balthazar Frederick Oland, then 49, won the elections of that year. People with 'Oland' signs waived at him as he rose his arms and everyone was excited.
