         20-year-old Katie Sullivan was sitting on the bench outside the college campus with her boyfriend Miguel Martinez, also 20 years old. The two young adults have been going out since preschool, and they have been going out since they were freshmen in high school.
         Lately, Miguel has been thinking a lot about having sex with Katie, so he figured now that they were alone, this would be the perfect time to ask her.
         "Katie," Miguel said to his girlfriend.
         "Yeah?" Katie responded.
         "I was wondering...do you wanna have sex with me?"
         "Oh...I don't think I'm ready for that yet."
         "Oh, well don't worry. I'll wait for you."
         "Thanks."

         The truth was, Katie was never going to be ready to have sex because she just was not interested in that sort of thing. She wanted to have a romantic relationship and be loved, but she did not want to have sex with Miguel.
