Party Horse Open in new Window. (ASR)
A contest entry
#2106464 by Chris Breva Author IconMail Icon

It was midnight one New Year’s Eve
Of course we were all quite tipsy
Of our senses we soon gave leave
To go dancing like some gypsy.

To the horse we seemed like strangers
He wanted to be the solution
He wanted to kiss bygone dangers
As he made his resolution.

Drinking champagne the horse quite drunk
Wanted to party through until dawn
The horse’s owner though was quite a skunk
In the end the owner had won.

The party would continue still
The strangers all would be so ill.
