Inspired by a song in the Disney movie Aladdin. Not finished, but a beginning.
Night Fall

An endless diamond sky
Amidst a blanket of midnight blue
While dew mist settles quietly
Hovering just above fields below.

A yellow moon hangs overhead
Giving a warm glow of light
Filtering through blackened treetops
As they reach for the sky above.

An endless diamond sky
Against a backdrop of cobalt
Whilst night creatures scurry about
Along the ground hidden in dusk.
