THE ANSWER IS "YES"

The Answer Is Yes

How does the mighty Hand of God move?
Does He use it to push to me to be so much more than I choose?

Can He winnow the wheat and the chaff of my windswept life?

Does He honor my tears with rewards of obedience and sacrifice?...

The answer is YES! …time and time again it is YES!
His mercy and love for me
is a me a hedge of protection….
And I am blessed.
He comes to me now…When fires and flames crash around…

He stands with me..
Pouring oil over me that the hottest flame cannot burn,
And sweet honey wine , and broken bread that smells of myrrh
His mighty hand…Holding me fast from the fall,
Places me into pastures of green where He knows all…
Waiting to move, waiting to see what He will do.
There’s nothing like this , Oh just look and see what The LORD can do!...

Watching with wonder as He orchestrates all of my life..
Knowing it’s not mine to take, but His divine right.
Wanting so badly to see the Glory of His face…
Knowing He guides me and holds me through every dark place…


The answer is Yes!...time and time again it is Yes!
His mercy and love is my hedge of protection…
And I am blessed.
He comes to me now…When fires and flames crash around…
No longer the victim, no longer broken, robed and crowned.

He parts the waters and makes for me a dry track…
Then pushes me on with the winds of grace at my back.
Noble and Holy, no other hands move so divine,
He moves mountains for me, when His will and mine intertwine

Does He move on His own, or at one with Spirit and Son?
Touching the world with His hands from which all Life has come?
Making life out of nothing, and elegance where once there was none?


Did He make the stars, and give them all names?...
Did He make each beat of my heart and it’s quiet refrain?
Did He know my name before I took my first breath?

Does He really hear all my heart-felt or silly requests,
Are my concerns His, are His answers all really limitless?
Does He really see me with eyes of love all of the time?

Can He reassure me that everything’s fine…
When nothing makes sense, there’s no reason or rhyme
When my next move or direction is more than I could guess…
The answer is Yes…The Answer is Yes…. The Answer is Yes
