The giver of Easter is debated in Australia, causing confusion amongst some children. |
In the land down under, Many are left to wonder. As Easter comes around, Who will come abound? Will it be the Easter Bunny, Or the Bilby, who to some is funny. They both travel best at night, In the day they will get a fright. Both with ears that are long, And big feet to hop along. One with a tail fluffy and short, The other quite long, I retort. In our dash, to find a local, There's one who's not vocal, And numbers that are so low. The Bunnies growth is not as slow. We all know bunnies here don't belong, So we found someone else to hop along. Yet the children are still confused, This idea has not long been used. So who do they think will come, With chocolates only for some? |
