For the Writers Cramp. A poem I wrote using a Charlie Chaplin movie title. |
The Countess Shunlee from Hong Kong had a meeting to . go to. She was promoting beauty products and beautiful she was. She used her own beauty products and she was her own best seller of her amazing products. She smiled. The Countess had inherited her father's land, house, money and his business. She had two pet pandas, a dog, cats and rumor had it, she had a dragon. No one had ever seen him or her but the Countess knew her dragon was real. Klaus is his name. Shunlee enjoyed spending time with Chinlu who was President of the Hong Kong Abbott Beauty Products. He enjoyed Shunlee's line of beauty products. She had the best chemists around and her products were always a success. They earned billions of dollars. Chinlu had asked Shunlee to marry him. He loved her as she did him. She wasn't ready for that. She was supernatural. She could shift into a dragon. She used magic herbs and flowers to make her beauty products. Shunlee was a woman of many secrets and a mystery. Shunlee had her meeting with Chinlu and he accepted her new products. They had dinner afterwards. After a few drinks, Shunlee was disoriented and turned into a dragon! Chinlu was surprised but he, too had a secret. He shifted into a panda! Shunlee laughed. They hugged and kissed. Shunlee and Chinlu married and he helped her make her beauty products. Shunlee's father had been a wizard and he taught her how to shift and make the beauty products. Shunlee's father was able to see her and he approved of Chunlu and he knew that she would have a great life and was happy. Klaus, the dragon was Shunlee's father in dragon form. He could never be human again. Shunlee didn't know this. Life was good in Hong Kong in the fantasy land where Shunlee lived. Rumor has it, pink unicorns lived in Shunlee's land. Shunlee was always a Countess and she was fine with that. Shunlee's land is called Everdorn and she welcomes all good people. She helps those in need and will shift for those who love dragons. Come visit Everdorn, meet the Countess and her husband, dragons, pandas. You will be glad you did. Just ask Charlie Chaplin! He was there once. 32 Lines in Poem |
