Being Bipolar

its not easy, it was difficult to accept. took me over 10 years to finally get on meds but now its great. sobriety & Prayer also get me through the hard times. I get mad sad & happy all at once

one moment all is good, next moment feels like life is falling apart but I logically know my feelings will pass

I laugh smile cry at once how does that even happen lol really its overwhelming but at the end of day ill be fine
