The beginning of the day when everything starts fresh
The sun is shining and the breeze rustles the leaves
The day greets me with a smile, ready to embrace me
I can begin anew and do what I came to do

The beginning of the night when everything resets
The moon is glowing and the stars twinkle in the sky
The night greets me, enveloping me in cool darkness
I can look back and see what I've accomplished
I can look forward to what more I can do, to what else may come
Every night is a night to reset
