The voice of peace - in still moments

Notice the voice of peace, hear it even though still.
Feel the courage it gives, understand the power it breathes.
Distinguish the strength of stillness to noise, hearken to
her words of beauty. Peace comes by living in true humility
and kindness. We hear her words whisper softly, the gentle
instruction it gives is more profound than the shouts and cries of
destruction. Overflowing with peace like a river can forever be
contrasted to the puffed up bottle of restlessness.
Why do we hearken to a shout to destroy, and not the voice
to build up?
Why do we settle in a land of drought, and not move further
to fountains of living water?
That is what we are like, our minds are either unafraid in
pure white or filled with the disease of dark fear.
We are meant to rest, we are meant to restore, we are
meant to reflect we are meant to reinvigorate, we are meant to
relieve, we are meant to reassure, we are meant to endure in
peace forever that can be yours.
Holy spirit enter my mind, enter my soul, enter my entire being
and let me be made whole with the peace that surpasses all
understanding.
